At Dallas Party Boat, we understand that plans can change. Because each booking reserves a specific time slot and crew, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
A $300 deposit is required to secure your booking.
All deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate.
Safety is our top priority.
If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or official lake advisories), your trip may be:
• Rescheduled to a new available date
• Or issued a full deposit credit for future use
Weather decisions are made by the captain.
Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for cancellation.
We understand things come up.
You may reschedule your booking if:
• You notify us at least 7 days in advance
• Your new date is subject to availability
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your booking are not guaranteed.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• No-shows will lose their deposit
• Same-day cancellations will lose their deposit
Please arrive on time.
Your booking time starts at your scheduled reservation.
Late arrivals will not extend the end time of your trip.
Maximum capacity is 10 guests per boat.
If your group size changes, please notify us in advance. Pricing remains the same regardless of guest count.
For safety reasons:
• No children under 2 years old
• No guests more than 3 months pregnant
Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your trip without refund.
The captain has full authority to:
• Cancel or end the trip due to unsafe conditions
• Enforce safety rules at all times
No refunds will be issued if a trip is ended due to unsafe behavior or violation of rules.
